I’ve fantasized about moving back to Europe to raise my children but the reality is that it would be different- the world is different. All I can do is try to create a childhood for them here and now that is full of the innocence, adventure, and joie de vivre that I was fortunate to experience. Emily I feel certain that your children’s childhood memories will eclipse yours! The community of friends that you have, the vacations you take, the strong loving relationship of parenting you and Tony share… Yup, if there were a machine to compare childhood memory satisfaction I’m pretty sure your kids will have you trumped!
